We are currently seeking a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join a world-renowned brand in Winnipeg. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will act as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring that human resources initiatives align with business goals while maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. Responsibilities Responsible for understanding, interpreting and supporting compliance with all relevant employment legislative requirements including Health & Safety, Employment Standards, Human Rights, etc. Coordinate the performance and attendance management cycle within the client group. Provide expertise and support on performance and attendance management concerns through fair and consistent application of appropriate disciplinary procedures and/or legal requirements. Attract and secure qualified personnel. Ensure that the recruitment process for hourly and salaried employees is carried out in accordance with legislative requirements. Support recruitment for client groups if required. Partnering with TA to ensure following the right processes and procedures. Provide new employees with a comprehensive onboarding program to enable a smooth transition into CG. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously, engaging support and alignment from HR Manager. Well-versed in several HR functional competencies and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Keen sense of time management and flexibility. A passion for the entire people cycle. Excellent grammar, business letter and report writing skills in English. A team player who builds strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
