We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Subsidiary's Finance team for an Accounting Associate. This is a new position created to support the expansion of the accounting function and streamline daily financial operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about accounting, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited to work in a small to mid-size team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily sales reporting and reconciliation
- Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
- Contribute to monthly profit and loss analysis
- Support finance-related administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and create reports independently
- Team player with a respectful and collaborative approach
- Comfortable in a close-knit, high-trust team dynamic
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented
- English required; Mandarin and/or Spanish are strong advantages

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- CPA or CA designation, or currently eligible and planning to sit for exams (strong preference)

This position requires working 40 hours per week. Compensation is based on experience and location.
