We are currently looking for a casual/relief team member to join our awesome Reception crew at Cardinal Point Health Centre

**The Position**:

- Casual/relief work with the possibility of permanent work in the future.
- Greeting patients on entry, answering phones, coordinating appointments, managing payments, fielding questions related to our clinic & its modalities (acupuncture, massage & natural medicine), assisting our Naturopathic Physician with specific administrative tasks
- Prior reception experience and knowledge of Jane software are a plus, however we are willing to train someone who is the right fit for our team
- Starting wage is $18, with an initial review at 3 month. Wage will be increased based on performance, experience and additional admin roles.
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Organized and an awesome multi-tasker
- Good interpersonal relations - patient care is very important to us
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral
- Adaptability with new systems and basic computer skills (typing, word processor, POS)
- Recent experience in health care/wellness fields are a bonus

**The Clinic**:

- Multidisciplinary space - currently we offer Naturopathic medicine, Registered Acupuncture, Holistic Nutrition, and Registered Massage Therapy services, with hopes to expand our offerings in the near future
- Central location close to several bus routes, with lots of parking
- Several restaurants and parks nearby (great for lunch breaks)
