The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, positive Polly (or Paul) to join our team as a Receptionist & Spa Concierge. You'll be the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door, setting the tone for a fun, unforgettable experience. Think of yourself as part front desk hero, part party coordinator, part tiny human hype squad.

From greeting families and booking appointments to painting tiny nails, helping with parties, and spreading good vibes, no two days are ever the same.

If you love kids, thrive in a fast-paced, laughter-filled environment, and can stay organized even when someone's singing "Golden" for the third time today, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests with a warm smile (and possibly a twirl of glitter).
  • Book salon, spa, and party appointments with care and enthusiasm.
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly, you're the heartbeat of the salon
  • Assist with spa services and birthday party setups (cue dance party).
  • Recommend fun add-ons and products to enhance each visit.
  • Check guests out through our POS system (bonus points if you can count cash and sing along to Taylor Swift at the same time).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and happy environment.
  • Keep things running on time, from schedules to smiles.
  • Once trained, perform ear piercings for guests ages 3+.
  • Be a proud Lizzy Lee brand ambassador (both in the salon and out in the wild).
