**Supporting the VP Marketing and Communications (VP)**

If you are a highly energetic, organized, self-starter looking for an opportunity to grow in an administrative marketing role, come grow with us.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Administrative Assistant directly supports the VP Marketing and Communications
- Communicates and coordinates with team members and staff.
- Completes administrative tasks; monitors, tracks, and updates information systems, supports projects
- Assists with organizing presentations, events, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives
- Works effectively in a supportive, collaborative team setting

Supports other duties or projects as assigned by the VP.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Post-secondary Diploma is required (degree preferred)
- Previous marketing experience is an asset but not required as we will train
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to derive satisfaction from completing tasks well and on-time
- Technologically savvy and social media literate with the ability to learn new platforms
- Exceptional customer service and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent numerical skills, including compiling and analyzing spreadsheets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work within a team environment on independent tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Able to prioritize daily and weekly tasks
- Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Tagalog an asset but not a requirement

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
