**We are currently looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team,**starting immediately.**

**Position Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Offering exceptional customer service & building rapport with all customers
- Act as main point of contact to internal and external customers as it pertains to scheduling
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met
- Perform all administration function as it pertains to scheduling and customers service
- Operate Coordination tools to manage, schedule
- Provide professional and timely communication to external and internal customers
- Ensure that all projects are on scheduled and follow-up with key stakeholders on their project progress
- Be responsible for successful deployment of all POS installations

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone, customer service, professional writing and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Scheduling or coordination experience an asset
- An exceptionally high level of organization and meticulous to detail
- Have a strong ability to multi-task & manage projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal direction and exercise strong initiative, judgement and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively independently, in a team and fast paced environment
- Equipped with Microsoft Office knowledge and coordination tools (ie. Asana)
