Orange Room Services is the exclusive flooring installers for Home Depot. We are the largest flooring installation company in Canada, and are currently looking for a dynamic and energetic Operations Coordinator. Be a part of a growing team of professionals. The Operations Coordinator is the main point of contact for coordinating all the activities related to a successful install. Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority and great Operations Coordinators ensure every detail is excecuted flawlessly from scheduling to issue resolution to clean up. The goal for every install is to achieve a 5 star Rating. Operations Coordinators are also responsible for maintaining a great working relationship with Home Depot associates and managers.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Be the first point of contact for installation problems, communicate and resolve issues with Quality Assurance Manager, installers, and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service as a top priority. Always strive for 5 Stars
- Work to resolve challenges and customer complaints promptly and within approved decision making authority levels.
- Follow up with clients to ensure purchase order pricing discrepancies or line item errors are resolved within Orange room Services processing timelines.
- Check in with customers during the installation to ensure satisfaction, work to address any concerns with the goal of providing 5 Star service.

**Processing**:

- Schedule jobs with customers and sub-contractors ensuring skill sets and timing meet customer requirements.
- Prepare work order packages for installer job assignment and ensure warehouse has completed material preparation.
- Distribute and review work orders with installers daily.
- Obtain completed work order documents and process in database(s) in accordance with Orange Room Services policies.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving efforts to ensure appropriate stock availability. Update database(s) accordingly.
- Maintain order processing in database(s) to ensure orders are processed on time. i.e. follow up on orders in wait, follow up on product due to be received, ensure all past installed orders are closed the next day etc.
- Maintain electronic filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years previous experience in project or operations coordination.
- Ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.
- Superb customer service skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Strong computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Works well in a team environment with “Can-do” attitude.

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
