CIMS Limited Partnership is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, responsible for providing essential support in proposal submissions and project coordination. Reporting to the Director of Project Services and Regional Operations Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with all stages of project management, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company values and client expectations.

**You will report to the Director of Project Services and be accountable for**:

- Assist with proposal submissions and project coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage schedules, project teams, and stakeholder communications.
- Attend site meetings to gather information and track progress.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses and minimize risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule standards.
- Coordinate efforts across QA/QC, Engineering, and contractors.
- Facilitate project closeout documentation.
- Support proposal responses and assist in editing proposals for clarity and impact.
- Technical degree or equivalent education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction services and sub-trade practices.
- Ability to manage meetings and create action plans.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
