The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Project Manager and other team members on a project-by-project basis. This involves monitoring and updating schedules, budgets, expenditures, organizing and participating in meetings, coordinating with internal and external team members, speaking with subcontractors, along with ordering equipment and materials.

The ability to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office Applications, such as MS word and excel, and exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator shall ensure that administrative contractual obligations are fulfilled in accordance with contract documents. This includes coordinating subcontracts, contract documents, participating in the change management and change order process, pricing, processing, assessing cost and schedule impact. Maintaining and preforming project document control and procedures (coordinating shop drawings and submittal processes maintaining as-built drawings, etc.).

Duties and responsibilities:

- Proposal Management, Writing and Execution
- Assist with General Project Administration
- Writing PO’s
- Writing Sub-Contracts
- Taking Meeting Minutes
- Updating Schedules
- Assist in the Quoting Process
- BGT Updates Including in Jonas
- BGT Tracking Including in Jonas
- General Research
- Product Specific Research
- Ordering of Equipment and Materials
- Filling - Electronically and Paper
- Assist in the Preparation of Project Maintenance Manuals
- Coordinate with outsources
- Communicating with clients
- Coordinate with graphics, technical design and the fabrication shop
- Manage small jobs when appropriate
- Issue Work Orders to the shop
- Take corrective actions when required
- Track all changes to the scopes of work

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel for projects when required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, materials and methodologies is an asset.

Please note that Wage is to be determined by Skill Level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
