Position: Property Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the housing project, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and fostering a sense of community.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring properties are well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed.
- Emergency Response: Be available for emergency calls after hours to address urgent property or resident issues, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations and policies. Prepare and present regular reports on property status, finances, and resident satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Oversee the property budget, including rent collection, expense management, and financial reporting.

Availability:
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

After Hours: Must be available for emergency calls and urgent issues outside of office hours.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably with experience in housing for special needs populations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in property management software, and a commitment to providing high-quality resident services.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Property Management Certification (e.g., CPM, ARM) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $41,304.63-$86,215.19 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- property management: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Edmonton, AB T5H 2X2 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
