Property Service Coordinator-Candema Property Management

Then this might be the perfect job for you Candema Property Management is a busy, well established and growing office that is looking for a Property Service Coordinator.**

The property service coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of services related to the ongoing operation of the residences and building(s). The job is also responsible for the timely resolution of all client requests pertaining to property services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a database of such requests to meet the reporting and analysis requirements
- Prepare and maintain monthly summaries of ongoing maintenance work at each property
- Determine prioritization of received requests and ensuring the most urgent ones are completed first then revisit other less urgent issues after
- Review of the work orders to determine if billable / non-billable or if holdbacks are required
- Follow up on repairs and work requests to ensure completion
- Confirming with clients and customers if they are satisfied with the results
- Ability to drive to various points in the city or surrounding areas and use GPS
- Attend various properties to complete site inspections confirming work that is ongoing or noting any additional work that needs to be completed
- Inspect properties for any other issues or concerns and note/document deficiencies
- Review site visit inspections with Property Manager and set up appropriate service calls
- Assist Unit Owners and Condominium Board’s with daily requests
- Repairs
- Concerns & questions
- Owner vs Condominium Corporation responsibility
- Issuance of letters as required
- Administering and monitoring Service Contracts including

Rental Sites
- Rental suite showing for perspective tenants
- Move In & Move Out reports for tenancies (please note some showings may occur after hours and are paid separately).

Afterhours on Call Duties
- Being on a call out rotation for after hours emergencies (attached to your cell phone via app dealing with afterhours calls). Afterhours calls are compensated separately.

Skills, Experience & Education
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented skills
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written format
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working with trades and contractors
- Previous property management or real estate experience
- Condominium knowledge is an asset

Software Abilities
- Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset

Education
- High School graduate or relative post secondary education
- Industry experience and knowledge an asset

License & Reliable Vehicle
- Valid Class 5 Canadian Driver’s License
- Clean Driver Abstract
- Reliable vehicle for getting around town (mileage compensation)
- Knowledge and ability to navigate the City of Edmonton efficiently

Physical Requirements
- Significant use of computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and various forms of telecommunication
- Regular walking
- Ability to lift 30lbs

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
