**The Individual**
- Have above average to excellent customer service and client interaction skills
- Have experience in condominium management, as a Condominium Manager (Assistant Property Managers or Property Managers may be considered, dependant on experience)
- Have fluent knowledge of the Condominium Property Act and its relationship to a Corporation’s Bylaws
- Be able to prioritize an extensive and varied work load and can comfortably multi-task in a management position
- Shows a great deal of individual initiative and enthusiasm
- Be motivated, organized, and reliable
- Have above average written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills
- Show attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
- Have above average typing ability (50wpm or more)
- Show leadership skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Be proficient in various computer programs with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle and is willing to drive to site locations in their own vehicle
- Show interest in long-term employment and career advancement
- CANDIDATES WITH PAST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE OF CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

**Specifics**
- Manage operational and financial reporting, including financial budgeting
- Work with Condominium Boards and owners to ensure the day-to-day operation of Condominium Corporations run smoothly
- Answer emergency calls (on a rotating schedule)
- Varying work load and daily deadlines
- Work with, delegate to, and help build the abilities and knowledge of junior staff within the office, in a professional manner
- Work with contractors and vendors in a professional manner to ensure maintenance and scheduled tasks are completed on time
- Hours include daytime and 2-3 evenings/week
- Experienced applicants with a combination of educational courses and/or post-secondary degrees relevant to the Property Management industry will be given priority consideration

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
