**Condominium Property Administrator**

The Condominium Property Administrator is responsible for effectively and efficiently assisting the Condominium Managers in the daily operations of their condominium clients including answering incoming customer calls, the management of Accounts Receivable and for maintaining the integrity of the property files in accordance with the corporate mission statement and corporate policies and procedures.

The position requires strong customer service skills, strong administrative skills, diplomacy and the ability to work as part of a strong team. This position is a position leading to the position of Condominium Manager upon achieving the required training/licensing through the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Responsibilities Include:

- Administration of phone calls and messages for appropriate properties.
- Scheduling appointments concerning the repair and maintenance of the condominium.
- Issuing purchase orders.
- Management of Accounts Receivable applicable to appropriate properties.
- Attend Board meetings to prepare for future opportunities and cover for Property Managers.
- Prepare and issue written correspondence on an as needed basis.
- Handling of emergency calls when the Condominium Manager is out of the office.
- Maintain a solid understanding of condominium administrative procedures including Annual General Meeting ('AGM') registration, general meetings conduct, and meeting procedures, preparation of AGM package and budget package.
- Prepares Estoppel and Information packages for the Condominium Manager to complete certification and once approved arranges for pick up.
- Assists in preparing newsletters, agendas and other correspondence to the residents and client.
- General administration duties such as customer data management, filing, ordering supplies, maintenance requests, etc. as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- 1-2 Years training in property or condominium management or related discipline.
- Currently registrated in, or having completed of the 'Fundamentals of Condominium Management' course.
- College Diploma or University Degree.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a vehicle and be able to travel to properties where necessary.
- Must be bondable and must be able to pass a criminal record check.
