**Position Overview:**

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and operations of our diverse portfolio of properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, with a clear path towards becoming a Licensed Property Manager in the future. Our goal is to build yourself up to a Licensed Property Manager, at which point pay becomes commission based, with no cap. This course takes less than a year to fully complete and become licensed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leasing activities under direction of Management, including, but not limited to; coordinating showings, processing applications, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
  • Conduct property inspections and enforce property rules and regulations when applicable.
  • Assist with financial management tasks such as rent collection and generating statements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain property standards.
  • Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
  • Ability to calmly resolve potential conflict with tenants and clients in a professional manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property management or administration preferred.
  • Experience in using MS Outlook, Adobe, and Buildium software is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated to pursue licensure as a property manager in the future.
  • A Self-Motivated Individual
  • Having a reliable vehicle and an active driver's license is a must
