- Ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service
- Coordinating support requests
- Support the Service Delivery Team by prioritizing and assigning support requests

Job brief

We are looking for a reliable Service Desk Coordinator to join our Support division in our Service Delivery Team. Under the supervision of our Operations Manager you will be highly focused on delivering maximum customer service to our clients as you would be the first point of contact for any technical issues reported. You will have a constant pulse on clients technical needs and appropriately prioritize and assign incoming requests. You will be working with various tools to ensure that all requests are appropriately documented and work assigned to our technicians as well as follow up with clients as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering Support Calls
- Managing Service Desk Tickets
- Documenting caller details and service requests
- Adding to knowledgebase by documenting ticket details/resolutions
- Assigning and Escalating tasks/tickets to available resources
- Follow up with Internal Technical resources as well as our clients
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a **technical customer support**, or relevant role.
- Previous experience working for an MSP is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of software and hardware
- Good understanding of basic networking principles
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Professional Services Automation software
- Willingness to learn new technologies
