**Receptionist / Front Desk Associate for Yorkdale Fine Cars.**
Are you highly motivated, organized and have exceptional customer service skills? Then you are the right person to join our team as a **Full - Time Receptionist** at Yorkdale Fine Cars
**The Company**:
Here at Yorkdale Fine Cars we are looking for motivated, organized and self-driven individuals to assist in growing our company within the everchanging automobile industry. Yorkdale Fine Cars is a family owned and successfully run Luxury Used Car Dealership. We have been in business for over 29 years, and are well-known within the Greater Toronto Area and are proud members of UCDA (Used Car Dealers Association) & OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council). We provide a unique culture and sense of community, with potential to move up in the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Presents self as a professional, positive role model by demonstrating commitment to other employees, customers, and the dealership.
- Promptly answer and direct telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Promptly greets or acknowledges all customers in a professional manner and directs customers with unresolved concerns to the appropriate individual.
- Coordinates with other dealership employees to provide optimal customer service.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Deal with all related-inquiries from both the public and customers.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness (customer log).
- Verify customer contact information and update the database as needed.
- Keep the sales lounge and reception area tidy & organized.
- Supplies are well stocked.
**Requirements**:
- Dealership experience and/or Receptionist experience required (Minimum 1 Year)
- Enthusiastic, and Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Excel proficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Full-time hours: 35-40 per week
Hourly Rate: $16.00 -$18.00 per hour
