Robinson Solutions, a division of TEAM Group, is seeking a dedicated **Contractor Coordinator** to join our TEAM in Oshawa, ON

**Pay**
- $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday;
- 6am to 3:30pm;
- Weekends and off-shifts as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, schedule, and directly oversee all contactor work with stakeholders;
- Conduct risk assessments and create SMFEA as required;
- Create and review company safety plans and pre-task plans;
- Maintain 100% completion of all monthly contractor safety, ISO standards, and environmental PMs;
- Maintain above 91 % all regular contractor monthly PMs;
- Perform and document a safety observation at least once per month, when contractors are on-site;
- Ensure compliance with company and client health & safety policies, protocols, and procedures;
- Additional duties are assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2-3 years of contract coordinator experience or a similar role;
- In depth knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, with proven ability to interpret TSSA, ESA, etc.;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent incident investigation skills;
- Excellent presentation and organization skills;
- Ability to use computer programs and technology to prepare reports, deliver problem solving and training;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to commute to Oshawa, ON for work.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- industrial manufacturing/trades: 1 year (required)
