**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Site Coordinator will predominantly be on project sites to review, assess, document, and report on current conditions; and to communicate / liaise with general contractor site supervisors or equivalents, Facilities Operations, and Facilities Projects. Key duties will include;
- Review, assess, and document current conditions of project sites, both construction and renovation
- Sending communications and attending meetings with general contractor site supervisors or equivalents
- Ongoing communication and attending meetings with the Facilities Operations team
- Responding to building user requests
- Assessing contractor schedules
- Addressing inspector requirements
- Drafting reports, ongoing communication and meetings with Facilities Projects
- Project coordination with security, IT, A/ and other stakeholders
- Supervises the work of external contractors/service providers
- Travel between sites
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of 2-year diploma in construction, architecture, engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5-years of experience on construction sites, in construction project meetings.
- A strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and AODA
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Teams
- Ability to understand (recognize, anticipate, propose etc.) design and construction processes
**Required Skills**:
Hourly Rate: $42
