**Roofing Coordinator - Service**

Location: Oshawa Office - 1701 Darlington Park Rd, Courtice, ON L1E 2S6

**Job Type**: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

**Salary**: $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

Reports To: Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Roofing Coordinator to join our Oshawa Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with both technology and fieldwork, and wants to play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

**What You’ll Do**

- Project Coordination
- Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day project coordination.
- Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects stay on track.
- Update and maintain project timelines, documentation, and reports.

- Site & Quality Support
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
- Communicate with field staff and ensure specifications and drawings are understood.
- Identify and follow up on deficiencies to support project completion.

- Client & Team Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and scheduling work.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Prepare and distribute leak reports and other client documentation.

- Technology & Administration
- Use MS Office Suite, SiteDocs, and Jonas (or similar project management software) to track progress, update records, and manage documentation.
- Work with the CAD Department to create and update drawings as needed.
- Support material and equipment orders in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.

**What You Bring to the Team**

- Minimum 2 years of roofing field experience (required).
- Education or training in construction, roofing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven scheduling experience (projects, crews, or service coordination).
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SiteDocs, Jonas, or similar construction/project software is an asset.
- Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS) are considered an asset.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
