We are looking for a dynamic and personable **Window Blinds Sales Representative** to join our Calgary team. **Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored window blinds solutions.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and customization options of our product offerings.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct on-site consultations to take measurements and provide accurate estimates.
- Prepare and present quotes, close sales, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales, window blinds, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close sales.
- Outgoing and personable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to exceed targets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements and prepare quotes.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
