Sales Supervisor (Blinds, Shades & Wallpapers)

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Support and work with sales team, providing guidance, training, and schedules.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends in technology sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Fluency in Punjabi/Hindi is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Technical sales experience is preferred

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager: 3 years (required)
- Sales (blinds, shades & Wallpaper): 1 year (required)
- sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
