Alpine Blinds and More Inc. is a family-owned window manufacturing company in Calgary, Alberta. We offer premium services for local Calgarians and cater to all of Western Canada. Alpine Blinds and More has over 20 years of combined experience in the window covering industry and leads our practices by providing excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Window Covering Assembler who enjoys working with their hands and can adapt to a rapidly growing industry. The candidate enjoys using various tools and equipment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The candidate can follow instructions in a small team setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, dedicated, and a quick learner. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision, create solutions, and is willing to go the extra mile. The hired candidate will report to the Vice-President.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring orders are completed in accordance with the schedule
  • Reporting directly to upper management
  • Measuring and cutting materials with machinery
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
  • Performing work per quality standards and safety procedures
  • Assembling products

Ideal Knowledge / Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu speaking will be an asset
  • The ability to lift 25 lbs is helpful

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
