We are seeking a skilled and personable **Window Blinds Installer** to join our Calgary team. **Key Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of window blinds, shades, and related products with precision and care.
- Conduct on-site measurements and ensure products are installed to customer specifications.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during home or business visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and transport tools, materials, and equipment necessary for installations.
- Communicate with customers to educate them on product use, maintenance, and care.
- Collaborate with sales and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project completion.
- Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure work areas are left clean and organized.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in window blinds installation or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use tools and equipment effectively.
- Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Outgoing and personable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working at heights as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.25 per hour
