Position Title: Sales Representative

Location: Calgary

Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings & Consultations**:

- Visit residential and commercial properties for in-person consultations.
- Accurately measure windows, assess client needs, and provide tailored recommendations on blinds and window treatment options.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring clients understand their choices.
- Prepare and present customized quotes to clients based on measurements and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
- **Sales Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including reaching out to potential clients and companies beyond scheduled appointments.
- Network with businesses, property managers, contractors, and other industry professionals to generate new sales leads.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to build and maintain relationships.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
- Address client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Work with the installation team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, window treatments, or a similar field.
- Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to measure windows and understand product specifications.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to travel locally to client locations.
- Ability to carry measuring equipment and samples to appointments.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including residential homes and commercial properties.

**Compensation**:

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
