**What’s the ask?**

Reporting to the Director, Wealth Management, you will be an integral member of our team responsible for deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients from an assigned block of business, in collaboration with associates in wealth management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deepen and strengthen relationships with existing clients through a responsive and solution-oriented needs analysis.
- Support client inquiries by leveraging relevant tools & resources to satisfy immediate insurance needs of existing clients
- Proactively source new business opportunities within an existing book of insurance business.
- Understand and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating standards.

**What does it take?**
- You’re a self-motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for helping people with their insurance and financial security needs.
- You have a track record of working with clients and managing relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years previous hands-on insurance experience
- Strong product and technical knowledge, specific to life insurance
- Life License required.
- Proficient in use of insurance-needs analysis tools
- Mutual funds license NOT required.
- Meet all provincial licensing requirements including continuing education requirements
- University Degree/College Diploma
- Professional Designations (ie: CLU) or working towards an asset.
- Ability to resolve problems and manage incoming client inquiries.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM and financial planning software
