**Role Overview**:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and building long-term relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional demeanor
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Consult with customers to understand their automotive service and repair needs
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs, associated costs, and timeframes
- Generate repair orders and communicate work estimates to customers
- Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service and any changes in the repair process
- Offer additional services and accessories that may enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience
- Process payment transactions accurately and maintain organized financial records
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems
- A solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
- Professional appearance and demeanor
