Administrative Coordinator for Planning Team

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Fill out and process various forms and documentation related to city and federal government requirements.
- Draft and edit reports using templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate scheduling for mailing and distribution of documents and reports.
- **Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with city officials and federal agencies to gather information and follow up on submissions.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for document handling and communication.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Preferred 2 years of experience in an communications or administrative support role. Experience in planning or related fields is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various basic computer programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
