The Sales Team Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and data management to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Team and Management Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and management, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and communication.
- **Quote and Contract Management**: Prepare, generate, and manage sales quotes and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Client File and Order Review**: Review client files and sales orders for accuracy.
- **Lead Follow-up**: Final follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely communication and progression through the sales pipeline.
- **Job Costing**: Assist in costing jobs, including gathering necessary information and preparing cost estimates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
