Lazy Daisy's Cafe is a busy, independant cafe on vibrant Gerrard St. East, looking for a CAFE MANAGER who has experience in a similar cafe / restaurant atmosphere.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Leading the team to create smooth service and high customer satisfaction
Problem solve effectively
Create a positive atmosphere;
be trained and be effective in all stations of the cafe in order to lead by example
- till, open kitchen, sandwich station and barista
train new team members
keyholder / close / cash-out
manage inventory and place weekly orders with suppliers
manage third party apps
create bi-weekly schedule on 'When I Work' app
ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Cleanliness of the cafe
meet weekly with owner to communicate any issues which need addressing
meet monthly with management team to set goals, create action plans and follow up on accountability
Wage and performance review after 3 months

Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday.

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: $20 - $24 + tips (approx 1200 / month) + meal plan + health benefits.
