**Primary Responsibilities (If this looks enticing, click “Apply”)**:
- Work with the Growth team and agency partners to support the development of our digital advertising campaigns and deliver new customers to our eCommerce business.
- Dive deep into site and ad analytics, develop insights, and make a strategic plan to improve key metrics (new customer acquisition, revenue growth).
- Lead the execution of the abovementioned plan, including meeting deadlines and getting cross functional buy-in.
- Contribute to the campaign content calendar for paid ad and blog content, including promotions, product launches and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and build new personalized experiences onsite, including the development of new landing pages. Use data and analysis to identify new opportunities to personalize the customer journey - considering both new and returning customers.
- Work with Brand team to build out monthly performance media content plans, balancing performance (acquiring new customers) with our brand message and voice.
- Report on core growth and retention KPIs and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Positive attitude, high level of passion and curiosity, and willing to roll up your sleeves and learn.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills and an ability to work with cross functional partners/agencies.
- Nice to Have: experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive SMS or North beam.

- Enrollment in a Marketing degree program is preferred.
