What you will do.
Your role as the Director of Ecommerce will have you participating in high-level business strategy discussions and leading a high-performance team while being hands-on with execution. You will be expected to direct and manage content, strategize, monitor traffic and conversations all while, achieving sales objectives through effective management of product, technology, and fulfillment to best position the brand for exponential growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop The PUR Company’s ecommerce platform.
- Be the internal champion leading creation and adaptation of eContent and advanced below the brand content areas of eRetailer websites.
- Accountable for ecommerce KPI’s including but not limited to, revenue, traffic, conversion, margin, inventory, etc..
- Develop, drive and implement the global e-commerce strategy
- Manage and expand the online business working closely and developing solid relationships with key partnering accounts (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Well.ca)
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the organization to support the ecommerce strategy
- Directly responsible for forecasting and budget. Partner with Corporate Planning/Finance to forecast revenue and establish sustainable budgets that enable a profitable ecommerce business
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new online accounts to drive revenue growth globally
- Manage the Sponsored Product Ad campaigns and Promotions
- Analyze data, trends and key consumer behaviors and make fact-based recommendations
- Stay up to date on e-commerce new tools and best practices for online growth opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent in business and/or marketing.
- 5+ years of related work experience with progressively larger responsibility and managing a team.
- 2+ years of industry experience in the CPG market is an asset.
- Vendor central and seller experience knowledge of online marketplaces.
- Experience in buying and selling on Amazon is a must.
- Strong negotiating skills and experience in owning and meeting commercial targets.
- Ability to forecast sales and manage the return on investment.
- An international mindset to accommodate the large global audience.
- Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth.
- Proven capabilities of developing a successful marketplace selling strategy.
- Management of broad projects both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable being both a strategist and a tactician.
- Commitment to building a global company.
