The Ecommerce Lead is responsible for the day to day operations of Ecommerce in Toronto. The Ecommerce Lead is responsible for full day to day leadership of the Ecommerce Associates. They ensure our clients receive a fast & incredible Ecommerce experience and they run the day to day Operations like a well oiled machine. The Ecommerce Lead is responsible for leading and developing our Ecommerce Associates and contributes to the overall success of Ecommerce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Leading Ecommerce Associates
- Responsible for strategically scheduling Ecommerce Associates, tightens or adds bodies as workflow dictates
- Works with internal and external partners to schedule & acquire models for our On Model shoots that fit our brand aesthetic.
- Styles/Organizes on model shoots to ensure quality & efficiency
- Ensures products get pulled & shipped out within our client facing SLA.
- Responsible for getting product from Buy to available to shop online in the quickest fashion possible
- Responsible for the quality of PD’s, Photography & Shipping
- Responsible for training and coaching the team on SLA’s, individual numbers and overall Ecommerce goals/numbers
- Regularly identifies ways to improve efficiency & operational cost within Ecommerce
- Responsible for training new Ecommerce team members
- Regularly identifies ways to make our Ecommerce experience better
- Merchandises and puts products live on the website
- Ensures that training documents and SOP’s are updated so the team has a reference or true north.
- Ensures adequate staffing, working with Manager to identify if additional team members are needed
- Works with cross functional partners to ensure smooth execution of major Ecommerce events (Black Friday, Boxing Day, capsule drops etc)
- Oversee’s productivity of Ecommerce Associates
- Schedules and maintains productivity & quality of photo editors
- Sets goals and holds 1:1’s with team to ensure they receive regular feedback & coaching and know where their performance stands
- Writes performance Evaluations for the team
- Holds daily huddles with the team to ensure they are clear on the focus for the day, have a number for the day and are learning to prioritize
- Works on ad-hoc projects as needed/discussed with Manager
- A key contributor/leader of Ecommerce monthly meetings
