**Position**:
The **Shipper & Receiver** is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing deliveries at the warehouse, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely product delivery to clients. The role involves coordinating with internal staff, customers, suppliers, and transporters to maintain efficient operations. The Shipper & Receiver plays a key role in communication and organization within the supply chain process

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee deliveries to the facility and orders leaving the warehouse.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to clients.
- Manage communication with internal team members, customers, suppliers and transporters.
- ** Make a Difference**: You will ensure that product deliveries are handled efficiently, communicating effectively with carriers and external parties to ensure compliance with client expectations. You will also review customer requirements, professionally respond to complaints, and manage an incoming and outgoing inventory.
- ** Teamwork & Growth**: Collaboration is key You’ll coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. By organizing shipping schedules and maintaining proper inventory levels, you help the team function seamlessly.
- ** Learn & Grow**: Apex values continuous improvement. You will gain hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, while honing your communication and problem-solving skills.
- ** Create a Safe Space**: Ensuring safety is your top priority. You will follow safety procedures and company policies and proactively report any potential hazards or damage to property.
- ** Protecting People**: You’ll maintain food safety and quality standards, including allergen storage, inspections, and FIFO procedures. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including shipping reports and inventory records.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Experience with Heart**:

- Previous warehouse experience is essential. Food industry experience is a plus.
- ** Safety & Care**:

- You’ll be responsible for daily safety checks and following all required procedures to protect both yourself and others in the workplace.
- ** Team Spirit**:

- Strong communication skills are vital to effectively coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- ** English Communication**:

- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and maintain accurate records.

**Schedule**
- 8 hours-shift
- Shift rotate based on the production demand
- Monday to Friday
