We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our team at CARSTAR St. Catharines, a collision repair facility, in the role of **Office Administrator.**
The Office Administrator is responsible for performing clerical, accounting and administrative duties including greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling repairs, final billing and closing files, preparing various reports, managing account receivables, filing and general administration.
**DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performs financial duties including processing of payments, preparation of twice monthly bank deposit, and collecting receivables.
- Prepares various reports and updates including weekly sales reports, accounts receivable reports, and production reports
- Collects and records payments for completed repairs and manages A/R
- Maintains and organizes vendor invoices, break room, office supplies and front office
- Maintains digital files for Insurance Guidelines
- Checks Repair Orders for accuracy and final bills insurance partners within 3 business days of delivery
- Final close Repair Orders in RepairCenter and reports monthly sales to corporate office
- Supports CSR/Receptionist in their duties when office is busy (e.g. answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, etc.)
**EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of prior general office administration required; administrative experience in a collision repair facility or automotive dealership is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to receive direction and work well with others
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Possess technological aptitude as position will include learning new software programs e.g. Mitchell RepairCentre, Qapter, and MitchellConnect
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to work the following days and hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m)
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
