**Job Title: Executive Assistant**

Join Larlyn Property Management, a forward-thinking property management company, in a unique and multifaceted role that blends executive support and maintenance coordination. This position serves as a cornerstone, supporting our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a range of administrative tasks, while also overseeing the maintenance operations of the properties that we are managing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication.
- Draft, review, and edit letters, agreements, and other documents to support business operations.
- Issue work orders, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee the maintenance technicians.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership, the maintenance team, and other departments, ensuring seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an executive assistant role with additional experience in maintenance coordination, preferably within the property management or real estate sectors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in drafting and editing documents, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to navigate high-level executive support with professionalism and tact.
