**Executive Assistant**
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Chief Operating Officer and President (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Duties include but not limited to assisting compliance measurement, property setups as well as special tasks as required. The Executive Assistant is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, management and public. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary
- A College Diploma or University Degree in Administrative Services.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a senior administrative position
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A burning passion for “Customer Satisfaction”
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize workflow
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
