Montréal, Canada Hear Entendre Québec Full time

This is a maternity leave contract on-site role located in Montreal, QC for a Program Coordinator at Hear Entendre Québec. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for program management, communication, customer service, project management, and program development on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**
- Program Management and Project Management skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Program Development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

**Assets**
- Experience with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Experience in fundraising
- Experience working with people with a disability, specifically hearing loss
- Experience in the non-profit sector

The organization's mission is to improve the wellbeing of those affected by hearing loss and to help prevent hearing loss in future generations. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H4B 1R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Program management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and French (required)
