**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Laurus Lifestyles is looking for a fun and dynamic individual to join our Management Team The role of the After School Program Coordinator is to help creatively develop a new and enriching after school and weekend program for all children between the ages of 5 and 12. The After School Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing the program based off of Laurus Summer Camp’s well established Specific Training Areas (STAs). This individual will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing 3 locations across the Greater Montreal area and is expected to plan and prepare for major growth in the following year.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to)**
- Management of 3 locations (Downtown, Laval & Brossard)
- Planning and developing Laurus After School & Weekend Programming
- Hiring and training a team of tutors & instructors (with help from HR)
- Scheduling of staff & tracking of hours for payroll
- Scheduling and coordinating of activities
- Evaluating quality of programs and activities delivered
- Adjusting programs based on customer feedback
- Tracking overall attendance
- Collaborating closely with Customer Support & Marketing (registration forms, website design, marketing registration, payments & cancellation processes, customer satisfaction, customer feedback, etc.)
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations
- Creating and managing program budget
- Setting and meeting goals and deadlines
- Problem solving and crisis management
- Developing partnerships with schools and school boards
- Developing partnerships with organizations and local businesses
- Streamlining processes to produce more efficient progress
- Growing the program - scouting new locations and partnerships
- Creating and maintaining program records, reports, presentations and proposals
- Creating program policies
- Facilitating good relations between the team, the public and all other parties
- etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
