**The Opportunity**:
**WSP** **has a new opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our Commercial and Risks team on a full-time basis based in Calgary or Montreal.

The Program Coordinators ensures the renewal of the existing active records under the help and guidance of the Senior Coordinators and leadership of the Team Lead. This role provides direct support for the Senior Coordinators and ensures the timely renewal of active records and at times, answer Project Teams inquiries. It requires a good working relationship with different shared services groups (such as legal, HSSE or Accounts Payable).

**A day in the life**:

- Facilitate the Subcontractor Management Program and assist project staff with the program.
- Maintain the data integrity of the subcontractor database and document control.
- Facilitate renewal process, including Due Diligence process.
- Assign tasks, as applicable, to other shared services (such as legal, HSE or Accounts Payable).
- Provides support to Subcontractor Management Team
- Reviewing documentation uploaded in the database and ensuring that all pertinent information is available and complete.
- Entering subcontractor documentation and information accurately into the subcontract database and indicating the correct, current, status for the subcontractor based on the Subcontractor Management Guidelines.
- Reviewing database verification assessment with Senior Coordinators to ensure accuracy.
- You will always ensure health and safety policies are followed at all sites and take WSP's Life Saving rules to heart;

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent relevant experience.
