**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with branch team to ensure orders are filled and accurate
- Process invoices, electronic orders, core returns, product returns and warranty claims are processed in a timely manner.
- Process fillable back orders
- Process Core Returns.
- Process and administer warranty claims
- Source and order product for fill-in as required.
- Investigate and correct inventory on reported variances
- Process cycle counts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Completed education in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing or inventory management an asset.
- 2-3 years prior experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing or purchasing
- Exceptional customer service and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills and previous experience working with inventory-based software
- Knowledge of heavy-duty parts an asset
