As an IT Support Specialist, you’re a natural problem solver and an integral member of our IT team You are responsible for ensuring incidents relating to in-house computing systems are recorded and resolved by means of troubleshooting problems, advising on appropriate actions, or redirecting to appropriate resources using the IT Service Management System.

- Participate in IT customer projects including office moves, infrastructure deployments, and cloud services and 24*7 on call rotation
