IT & Business Administrator

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Create and maintain company’s accounting software and website
- Read & understand project drawings and perform site visits accordingly to assist engineers
- Contribute to QA/QC efforts and efficiency
- Maintain accounting records and manage client invoicing
- Respond to client’s inquiries or requests
- Take on additional responsibilities as required
**Knowledge and Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum (3) three years of related experience in business management
- Experience in software development and maintenance - C#
- Experience in accounting and cashflow management
- Experience with AutoCAD is an asset
- Adaptability to different business structures and client management
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starter, motivated, and detail-oriented
**Education Requirements**:
- BBA or MBA degree from an accredited university with emphasis on software development
**Benefits and Compensation**:
- Salary range - CAD 40,000 to CAD 50,000 per year

- 40 hours working week
- 20% travel time
- Core working hours from 9am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
