We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. **What You'll Be Doing**
We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support national marketing campaigns, partnerships, and multi-channel initiatives by managing the operational aspects of project execution. Acting as a bridge between the brand, creative, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures seamless execution of campaigns while contributing to strategy and reporting. This role requires occasional work on weekends or evenings outside a regular schedule.
**Chef Collaborations & Brand Partnerships**
- Act as the primary coordinator for Chef Collabs projects.- Manage timelines, resources, and asset development in collaboration with both Senior Brand Managers.- Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing brand partnerships that align with Fresh Prep’s values and objectives.**Blog Content Strategy & Coordination**
- Develop and manage the content calendar for the Fresh Prep blog, focusing on SEO strategies and storytelling.- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content and align strategy.
- Work with AI tool to ensure engaging, high-performing blog content.
**Project Management & Briefing**
- Lead strategic briefs for campaigns under responsibility, including collaborations with chefs and seasonal campaigns.- Develop comprehensive project briefs outlining objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure clarity in stakeholder alignment and deadlines, working closely with both Senior Brand Managers.
**Campaign & Performance Reporting**
- Support the Senior Brand Managers in tracking KPI performance for multi-channel campaigns.
**Public Relations Support**
- Assist in identifying media opportunities and drafting press materials.- Coordinate media outreach efforts to amplify brand initiatives.- Support PR event coordination and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends and media coverage, providing insights to refine PR strategies and build reports.
- Establish an annual awards calendar and manage award submissions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met and opportunities are maximized.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Familiarity with both the English and French markets in Quebec is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field- 2-3 years of experience in brand communications, PR, or marketing, ideally in the food or e-commerce industry.- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen attention to detail.- Strong understanding of media relations, content strategy, and digital marketing.- Experience managing brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple channels.- Familiarity with PR and media monitoring tools is a plus.
