Ignition Marine is a premier full-service and sales center for yachts and boats, delivering top-tier craftsmanship and technical expertise. We are seeking a **Marine Service Supervisor** to oversee and optimize our service operations, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:Job Scheduling and Dispatching**:

- Plan and coordinate service schedules, prioritizing urgent requests and technician availability.
- Dispatch technicians to marinas, shipyards, or client locations, ensuring efficiency and timely service.
- Monitor ongoing jobs and adjust schedules as needed.

**Team Leadership and Support**:

- Supervise and mentor service technicians, ensuring safety and high standards of craftsmanship.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technicians, resolving service-related issues.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Work closely with the operations team to align schedules with business objectives.
- Maintain communication with yacht owners, captains, and marina managers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Keep accurate records of service activities in company management systems.

**Technical Oversight**:

- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Identify recurring technical challenges and implement long-term solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in yacht and boat maintenance.

**Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction**:

- Conduct follow-ups or inspections to ensure services meet industry standards.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide constructive feedback to technicians.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maritime regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to verify compliance with company policies.

**Continuous Improvement & Reporting**:

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Present reports on service activities, team performance, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in marine service, yacht/boat maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and maritime regulations.
- Proficiency in using service management software and reporting tools.
