We are proud of the work we do and are currently looking for a dedicated Marine Technician to join our expanding team.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marine Technician with at least three years in the marine industry. The successful candidate will bring solid technical expertise in both diesel and gasoline marine engines, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a positive, team-focused approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of marine engines, including diesel, gasoline, inboard, outboard, and propulsion systems
  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues using modern diagnostic tools
  • Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and component installations
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a professional, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in marine service or repair
  • Strong knowledge of marine diesel and gasoline engines (e.g., Cummins, Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yamaha, and similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs to a high standard
  • Dependable, ethical, and punctual with a strong sense of accountability
  • Genuine interest in mechanical work and motivation to grow within a developing organization
  • Valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Canada
