**Position**: Marine Service Manager

**Responsibilities**:
As our Marine Service Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Providing accurate estimations for marine services
- Handling invoicing and ordering the parts
- Addressing technical inquiries from our technicians
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries
- Negotiating and closing service deals with clients

**Requirements**:

- Extensive mechanical knowledge in the yacht and boating industry
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
