Overland Garage was founded based on the vision to help bring the experience and expertise from Australia to the 4WD market in Canada. In 2019, we set off to multiple expeditions in various terrains, spanning some of the greatest and most remote destinations in Australia, including a solo trek reaching the geographical centre of Australia & across the 1100+ arid sand dunes of the Simpson Desert. Over 80,000km later, we are back to our home continent. Bringing back not only our vehicles but also the knowledge and experiences gained from our remote travels. We've returned to Canada with a mission: to bring the proven methods and products from our overland travels to our beloved local 4WD community in Canada.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a self motivated Automotive Sales Administrator who wants to learn and grow to join our team. If you have a passion for off-roading, overlanding, and camping, and a desire to strive for excellence, we want to hear from you.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and answer basic customer inquiries.
- Handle telephone calls in a professional, and friendly manner.
- Take thorough messages and maintain records in CRM for appropriate person to follow up.
- Receive and process payments.
- Prepare and package eCommerce orders for fulfillment.
- Maintain correct level of inventory on eCommerce system(s).
- Other administrative duties as required or assigned by management.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Knowledge or interest in off-roading, overlanding or camping is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask with changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to work well with both colleagues and customers
- Proficiency with computer systems (MS Suite, Shopify, Shopmonkey), and ability to maintain records using computers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
