Automotive Service Advisor for up to 40 hours per week, _Tuesday to Saturday_.

**Location**: 6256 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5J 1H6

**Job Duties**:

- Create accurate repair estimates.
- Schedule appointments and assign technicians.
- Track and manage inventory, returns and warranty work.
- Set and achieve sales goals/objectives.
- Collaborate with managers and technicians to achieve smooth day to day workflow.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Sales experience (asset) and the ability to upsell.
- Commitment to keeping up to date with changing technology.
- Capacity to think ahead and problem solve.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Class 5 Driver's Licence (required)
- Service Advisor experience (asset)
- Mechanical aptitude (asset)
