You will work closely with technicians and customers to communicate service recommendations and facilitate the repair process.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of required services and repairs to customers.
- Utilize strong sales skills to upsell additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and cash handling transactions.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, new products, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Experience in cash handling and managing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is highly desirable.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
