**Requirements**:

- **MUST**hold a validVSA License.
- **MUST**hold a valid driver's license.
- Previous sales experience is desired, automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.

**Compensation**:

- The **pay range** is **based on commissions**, with earnings depending on the sales consultant's performance.
- The **lower range** would likely represent a starting consultant who may not be closing many sales.
